Proseal - Sanitary curved-shaped profile

Curved shape profile that is applied between the pavement and the cladding. Made of shock-resistant, non-toxic vinyl resin, makes cleaning easy and resistant to detergents and solvents. Half-overlapping sanitary reed profile especially suitable for placement after completion of the tiling work.

PROSEAL 25/50 is a curved-shaped, rigid / flexible co-extruded colored non-toxic co-extruded vinyl resin profile, highly indicated to guarantee maximum hygiene and cleanliness in public and industrial places such as canteens, hospitals, hygienic services and the food industry.

Its special section with a wide radius, the availability in three different colors and all the special pieces such as exterior angles, triaxial interior angles that allows the placement of the same profile also vertically, interior angles, connections and end caps, make PROSEAL in Anti-shock rigid / flexible co-extruded colored non-toxic vinyl resin, a very elegant profile that allows a perfect placement.

The sanitary baseboards prevent leaks and humidity at the junction between tiling and bathtubs or countertops.

MATERIAL

PROSEAL 25/50 is a cove-shaped profile in shockproof non – toxic colored co-extruded vinyl resin. It is available with a visible surface of 25 x 25 mm or 50 x 50 mm and it is particularly suitable to ensure cleanliness and hygiene. It is available with or without adhesive. Its particular section, the availability in three colours and special pieces, such as internal and external corners and end caps, make PROSEAL 25 a much sought after and easy to lay profile.

AREAS OF USE

PROSEAL 25 in shockproof non - toxic co-extruded vinyl resin is suitable to be used for indoor environments where good resistance to chemical stresses is required.

WARNINGS

Don’t use PROSEAL 25/50 in shockproof non - toxic co-extruded vinyl resin outdoors. Do not clean it with substances that contain acetone and ethyl – butyl acetate (solvents).

MAINTENANCE

PROSEAL 25 does not require any special maintenance; it is suggested to clean it with normal household cleaning products.

LAYING INSTRUCTION

1. Choose PROSEAL 25/50 in the desired colour.
2. Cut PROSEAL 25/50 to the desired length.
3. Remove carefully any remains of oil, fat and dirt from the surface where the profile will be laid.
4. When the surface is perfectly dry, apply silicone (in case of self-adhesive profile, remove the protective film)
5. Press the profile evenly until it is completely adherent to the wall.
